Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide.
Shipping Times
Ready-to-ship items
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Made-to-order items
Some products are made individually for you (e.g. Ponchigurator).
Delivery time for made-to-order items is up to 6 weeks after payment has been received.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country and shipping method selected.
Customs Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Countries)
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer to the local customs or tax authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout
- Delivery to P.O. boxes or parcel stations is not possible
- Orders may require a signature upon delivery
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date the goods are received. Further details can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.
Exclusion of Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Made-to-order items
- Products that are individually manufactured or clearly personalized according to customer specifications
These items are excluded from return and exchange.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original labels attached
- In original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before sending back your item:
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Returns must be sent insured and trackable.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
